Of je nu alleen woont of met drie kinderen: deze weken van thuiswerken zijn voor ons allemaal uitdagend. Maar hoe ziet zo’n dag eruit? Bijvoorbeeld als softwareconsultant bij BlockBrains. Wij spraken Matthijs over het ontwikkelen van software vanuit huis. Matthijs is senior softwareconsultant bij BlockBrains. 1: Wat is jouw rol binnen BlockBrains? Ik maak het technisch ontwerp voor applicaties en bouw dit vervolgens voor onze klanten. Daarnaast denk ik ook na over nieuwe ontwikkelingen in de techniek en manieren waarop we steeds weer hogere kwaliteit kunnen leveren terwijl we ons snelle ontwikkel tempo behouden. 2: Welke applicatie ben je nu aan het ontwikkelen? Op dit moment ben ik bezig met het Keuringenportaal van Zorg van de Zaak. Dit is een applicatie waarin het volledige proces van vrijwillig preventief medisch onderzoek wordt gefaciliteerd. Van het uitnodigen van een klant, het invullen en verwerken van een voorbereidende vragenlijst tot het inplannen van een fysiek onderzoek en uiteindelijk het presenteren van de resultaten. 3: Hoe ziet jouw thuiswerkdag eruit? Ik open rond half 9 mijn werklaptop en begin met het doornemen van mijn mail. Om 9 uur hebben we een meeting met iedereen van BlockBrains waar de dag even wordt doorgesproken en we ervoor zorgen dat

Stationery Team is Europe’s largest publishing company specialized in branded products, bags and accessories. The organization is known for its fresh designs, innovative products, knowledge of culture and a strong sales network in Europe and beyond. Stationery Team is currently undergoing a transition as an organization. Originally there was one delivery time per year with a seasonal item. But with its new proposition and much broader product range, this will shift to multiple delivery times per year. Application Multiple delivery times per year means more orders and has a direct impact on the entire organization. Stationery Team is forced to structure the entire process from the first development of an article to the delivery to the customer and to keep a grip on all available data for the parties involved. As a result of our meetings, Stationery has asked Team BlockBrains to offer a future-proof and structural solution that fits the organization and its growth objectives.
